Member Terms and Conditions

1. Membership with Magic Beans Card Limited (“Magic Beans”) entitles you to:

1. offers at participating retailers and service providers as detailed on the Magic Beans website;
2. repeated use of your membership card unless otherwise specified.

2. When using your membership card:

1. you agree to be bound by these terms, any terms contained in either the registration or application forms and any variations of these terms or those forms;
2. you must identify yourself to the retailer or service provider as a Magic Beans cardholder and produce your membership card incorporating the relevant barcode number;
3. you must advise us if any retailer or service provider does not honour the discount as advertised on the website. We will investigate and try to resolve the matter;
4. you must advise us if you change your address or any other contact details.

3. You acknowledge that:

1. all offers by retailers and service providers may be subject to change;
2. Magic Beans reserves the right to remove any retailer or service provider from its website at any time without notice;
3. Magic Beans accepts no liability or responsibility for any products or services displayed on the website;
4. Magic Beans makes no representation as to the suitability for any purpose or the quality of any goods or services offered by participating retailers and service providers;
5. the card is for your personal use only, it is not transferable and remains the property of Magic Beans;
6. Magic Beans is entitled to change these terms and the terms of the registration or application forms at any time without notice;
7. Magic Beans may, in its sole discretion, terminate your membership if it is satisfied on reasonable grounds that you have failed to observe any of these terms or any of the terms of the application or registration forms;
8. Magic Beans, its staff, contractors and agents do not:
   (i)accept responsibility for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies whatsoever or for changes in the policy of organisations advertised from time to time;
   (ii)warrant that the Magic Beans membership card price on goods or services will always be the lowest price available at the time of purchase or supply;

4. Magic Beans will:

1. take all reasonable steps to ensure that Magic Beans card offers are accurate and up to date at all times;
2. replace your card if it is lost or stolen but this may be subject to a replacement card fee;
3. refund the card application/registration fee if you wish to cancel your membership and you
4. return the card to us within seven days of the date of issue.
